Return Policy
Catalog- We do a one time catalog mailing of The Cool Book; when this mailing is finished we have NO more catalogs to mail out that is why we created an online catalog that shows almost every gown we carry. The online catalog is more complete than The Cool Book. We DO NOT have a bridal catalog.
Shipping Information
Pictures of gowns in other colors- We posted online the ONLY color pictured in by the designer.
Special Order- This means the gown is not in our store and must be ordered from the designer.
Wear Date- This is the exact date your will be wearing your gown to your event. The staff at Reflections is aware that you need the item as soon as possible. We will have to cancel your order if the item is not available in time for your wear date.
